Energizing the community

(Aug. 11, 2016) — LCEC is not just an energy provider. That is at the core of our business and our focus is on delivering reliable power and quality service at the lowest reasonable price. But we are also dedicated to energizing the community, making sure our communities thrive.

As a not-for-profit, we know how important it is to give time and treasure to support our neighbors. That means assisting those in need, helping to develop the economy and future workforce, and encouraging health and wellness.

In addition, the company and its employees contribute hundreds of thousands of dollars to those in need each year.

There are no government regulations or financial requirements that dictate these behaviors. But it is the right thing to do. We live, work, and play in our communities and we want to give back however we can!
